    With experience ranging from martial arts practice to NPC classic physique and bodybuilding competing, my training has taught me to constantly challenge myself and push my body to the next level. We are all more physically capable than we imagine once we let go of self-imposed limits, and that’s what I want to help you realize! Changing your body requires discipline and commitment. My training programs focus on measuring progress to move you toward your goals. As soon as one goal is achieved, another is set, and this avoids the risk of a plateau. At my peak I have competed in men’s physique and classic physique competitions, but, let’s be realistic, I’ve also known those days when I’ve had to dig deep to find the motivation to train.     Allie brings to her clients’ training programs a wealth of expertise in strength and conditioning, power lifting, Olympic lifts, mobility training, functional training, and nutrition coaching. She takes a unique and personalized approach to each client and their goals to ensure optimal results. Whether you’re looking to get stronger, improve posture, lose fat, or regain range of motion, Allie will help you get there. She believes that fitness and training are not just physical habits but building blocks to tenacious and resilient minds as well. One of Allie’s favorite things about being a coach is getting to watch her clients bloom, and their confidence grow.     Mike fuses over 10 years of combined martial arts experience in Muay Thai, Jiiu-Jiitsu and Boxing with functional movement and strength training. His programs reflect his belief that the ability to move your body efficiently, in any situation, is essential for minimizing risk of injury and for good levels of general health. Mike incorporates martial arts into his clients’ training sessions with a focus on full body and rotational movements to build foundational strength. Through building muscle and burning fat he promises not only will you look good, but you’ll feel good too as you develop a toned and fit aesthetic.
