With experience ranging from martial arts practice to NPC classic physique and bodybuilding competing, my training has taught me to constantly challenge myself and push my body to the next level. We are all more physically capable than we imagine once we let go of self-imposed limits, and that’s what I want to help you realize! Changing your body requires discipline and commitment. My training programs focus on measuring progress to move you toward your goals. As soon as one goal is achieved, another is set, and this avoids the risk of a plateau. At my peak I have competed in men’s physique and classic physique competitions, but, let’s be realistic, I’ve also known those days when I’ve had to dig deep to find the motivation to train. Allie Davis
Allie brings to her clients’ training programs a wealth of expertise in strength and conditioning, power lifting, Olympic lifts, mobility training, functional training, and nutrition coaching. She takes a unique and personalized approach to each client and their goals to ensure optimal results. Whether you’re looking to get stronger, improve posture, lose fat, or regain range of motion, Allie will help you get there. She believes that fitness and training are not just physical habits but building blocks to tenacious and resilient minds as well. One of Allie’s favorite things about being a coach is getting to watch her clients bloom, and their confidence grow. She will be your biggest advocate and supporter while pushing you and holding you accountable to your goals. Allie is certified in NASM-CPT, NASM-CNC, and TwoBrain-CNC.

Mike Barreno
Mike fuses over 10 years of combined martial arts experience in Muay Thai, Jiiu-Jiitsu and Boxing with functional movement and strength training. His programs reflect his belief that the ability to move your body efficiently, in any situation, is essential for minimizing risk of injury and for good levels of general health. Mike incorporates martial arts into his clients’ training sessions with a focus on full body and rotational movements to build foundational strength. Through building muscle and burning fat he promises not only will you look good, but you’ll feel good too as you develop a toned and fit aesthetic.

Rebecca Shine
Rebecca delivers the encouragement, motivation and drive that gets beginners off the starting block and moving towards change, and helps more experienced clients break plateau and hit their fitness goals.
Like all the trainers at Aesthetic Lab, Rebecca’s programs are tailored to build lean muscle mass, decrease body fat and build full body strength - all customized to align with each client’s personal health and fitness goals.
NCSF certified, Rebecca’s training experience spans a diverse range of clients from brides-to be with steadfast goals, postpartum mother’s regaining their strength, and women navigating the body’s physiological response to peri-menopause / menopause.
Some of her own favorite workouts incorporate sprint intervals, boxing, plyometrics and the barbell squat. She candidly promises to never assign a client an exercise that she hasn’t recently sweated through herself.

Nadya del Valle
DescriptiNadya followed her passion and made the career switch from Clinical Psychologist to Strength Trainer. She brings over 10 years of experience in power lifting and Crossfit to coach her clients in reaching their strength training goals, safely.
Nadya simplifies the key compound movements so beginners can learn the foundational lifts and more advanced clients can progress to heavy lifting, and avoid plateau. Nadya teaches and emphasizes proper form, technique and execution of movement across all the training systems, including hypertrophy, strength, functional training, plyometrics, and high-intensity cardio. She selects the training system based on individual client needs and goals and will always share her extensive knowledge of nutrition’s role in health and fitness with her clients.
"Progression, proper form, and time under tension" are always Nadya's priorities.
Nadya is NCSF certified in Personal Training, Strength Training and Nutrition.

Mike takes an approach that blends science-based training principals with practical, individualized coaching to deliver lasting results. Mike has extensive experience in both muscular hypertrophy and fat loss programming, working with a wide range of clients to build strength, improve body composition, and increase overall performance. He also specializes in corrective and rehabilitative exercise for lower back health, ensuring clients can train safely and effectively while reducing the risk of injury. Beyond the gym, Mike brings a deep knowledge of nutrition to his coaching, helping clients develop sustainable eating strategies that complement their training. His passion is guiding people toward stronger, healthier, and more confident versions of themselves. Mike is certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).

With over 15 years in the fitness industry, Mateo brings a wealth of experience as both a personal trainer and personal training manager. NASM certified and an expert in Strength & Conditioning, Corrective Exercise, and Kettlebell Coaching (KBC), Mateo is committed to helping clients achieve lasting results.
A retired professional fighter, Mateo holds titles including Jiu Jitsu World Champion, Friday Night Fights Muay Thai Champion, Cage Wars MMA Champion, and Rise Invitational Champion. Now fully focused on coaching, Mateo combines deep combat sports experience with proven training methods to support clients of all levels in reaching their fitness goals.
